JUANCHI’S BRINGS CRAFT BURGERS TO CORAL WAY

We often think of the burger as the quintessential all-American food. So how is it possible that Juanchi’s Burgers (1247 Coral Way, Miami), a backyard-style joint, has arrived in Miami – by way of Venezuela, Aruba, and Brooklyn – with some of the best new burgers in town?

Well, the magic behind Juanchi’s begins in Caracas back in the year 2000 with founder Juan Carlos Aoun’s personal desire to perfect the half pound burger. Starting out selling burgers in the city’s baseball stadium, his special meat, bread, and sauce recipes gained a fast following, leading him to open a successful stand-alone restaurant. From there, he expanded to Aruba, Brooklyn, and now Miami.
